Many and varied themes are addressed by the author: the importance of everyday life (the couple, love, education, nutrition), esotericism clearly explained (subtle bodies, chakras, aura, caballah, astrology) and the interest of a conscious spirituality (meditation, yogas, symbolism, universal brotherhood).
Whatever the subject, it is invariably treated according to the use that a human being can make of it for a better understanding of himself and a better conduct of his life.
